Pricing
Short answer: ToolProofs is free to read and sells nothing. No paid reviews, no paid scores, no sponsored placements. This page states what the site charges, what it never charges for, and where the prices in reviews come from.
What this site costs you
| Item | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Reading reviews, comparisons and test logs | $0 | No account, no paywall, no gated checks |
| Test logs and screenshots | $0 | Published alongside every hands-on review |
| Corrections and review requests | $0 | Via the contact page |
| Paid placement, paid score or paid removal | Not offered at any price | See below |
What is never for sale
- A verdict. Hands-on results follow the pre-registered test plan, not a negotiation.
- A score. Where evidence is thin, no score is published at all.
- A position. Comparison tables are ordered by the stated criteria.
- A removal. Corrections fix wrong facts; an unflattering result is not a fact error.
Where the prices in reviews come from
Every price printed on a review page is the tested vendor's own published list price, read from that vendor's official pricing page on the date stated at the top of the review. Those figures are what the vendor charges — not what this site charges. Vendors change plans without notice, so each page carries the date it was verified rather than a promise of permanence. Where a plan's limits are ambiguous, the review says so instead of guessing.

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. Signing up through one may earn this site a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate status never changes a verdict, a score, or the order of a table.
